Fruit owners

tree

A disheveled plant
lying half dead
on a drought-ridden land,
being not noticed by
those careless passersby.

A traveler with no belongings
picked that plant up
to make it a tree
a big, blossoming tree,
which now really it is.

The careful passersby
with sacks on their back
picked oozing fruits,
being not noticed by
the traveler or the tree.
